SMS and MMS Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to Chip Appliance Repair Service Messages, an SMS and MMS program operated by CHIP APPLIANCE REPAIR LLC, also known as Chip Appliance Repair.
1. Program Description
With your consent, Chip Appliance Repair sends service-related text and multimedia messages about your appliance repair requests. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, technician arrival updates, repair and parts updates, photos, estimates, invoices, payment links, and customer support. You may also exchange appliance and repair photos or links to short videos with our team for troubleshooting.
This program is for service-related communications. Your consent to this program does not include promotional or marketing messages.
2. Consent and Enrollment
You can opt in during a phone call with Chip Appliance Repair. Our operator will explain the messaging program and ask whether you agree to receive SMS and MMS at the phone number you provide. You must give an explicit yes before being enrolled.
Receiving these messages is optional. Consent is not a condition of booking, purchasing, or receiving appliance repair services.
After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation text. We maintain a record of your consent and use it to manage your messaging preferences.
3. Message Frequency and Rates
Messages may recur during your service request. Message frequency varies depending on your appointment, repair progress, and interactions with our team.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's messaging and data charges may apply to messages you send or receive. Contact your carrier for information about your mobile plan.
4. How to Unsubscribe
Reply STOP to any message from this program to unsubscribe from Chip Appliance Repair service messages at that number.
After you unsubscribe, you may receive one final text confirming your request. No further program messages will be sent unless you provide new consent. Unsubscribing does not cancel an existing repair appointment.

6. Message Delivery
